All of our products are individually made to order and drop-shipped directly from our exclusive manufacturer. We do not accept returns for reasons other than to facilitate the manufacturers' warranty process. Our supplier provides a 90 day warranty against defects in material or workmanship for all of their products. We honor our supplier's warranty and will work with our customers and manufacturer to resolve warranty claims. You may request a RMA on your user account page or by filling out the form below.
